When And Where To Use Peel And Stick Wall Paper

When and where to use peel and stick wallpaper.

Anywhere and everywhere.

When and where should you use peel and stick wallpaper? ANYWHERE you want. I love this product! Not only is it user friendly, but it comes in so many patterns and looks great.

Peel and stick wallpaper is the perfect solution for anyone in a rental who wants to decorate and make the space their own while they are renting. It will not damage your walls or cabinets, is easy to take down, and improves the look of the room.

Here is my living room when I was renting in an apartment. I really wanted to spice up the place and make it my own (Please excuse my spoiled dog). It was relatively easy to hang and even easier to take down.

When installing just remember to take the backing off as you hang the wallpaper, or it will stick to itself, and you will have a big mess.

How many rolls you need will be based on the size of your wall.

Tips:

  1. When measuring, do not include the baseboards or molding.

  2. Measure entirety of the wall including doors and windows.

  3. Use the tallest wall for your height measurement and round up to the nearest inch.

Amazon and Wayfair have wonderful selection of inexpensive peel and stick wallpaper to choose from.

Smooth walls are the best surface to apply wallpaper, however a textures wall will work in a pinch.

Wall paper is the best way to jazz up a laundry room, home office, or bathroom without costing a bundle. Like with anything else there are companies that are more expensive than others.

You can also use peel and stick wallpaper on furniture. I used it on a bookshelf I refurbished, and it turned out beautifully. You can place it on the inlay of kitchen cabinets or the inside of an armoire.

Just remember to be creative and have fun jazzing up your space.
